Chiswick Pier is an official river stop point on the regular scheduled public passenger boat return service between Westminster Pier and Hampton Court Palace. The service is provided by Thames River Boats and runs between Easter and October every year. All ticketing is through Thames River Boats website (Not Chiswick Pier website), but un-booked passengers can board at Chiswick Pier if space is available (Call the TRB office to let them know you’re waiting).
Passengers are free to walk down onto the pier to wait for the boat arrival and must wait for instruction from the crew before boarding. In the event of another boat on the mooring, access onto the passenger boat will be across a short level rear deck.

Passengers going to Richmond and Hampton Court Palace change boat at Kew Pier.
