Come along to the Pier House where you can not only watch the start and finish of the race on our big screen but also walk outside to experience the live action as the boats pass.

Chiswick Pier provides one of the best views of the race as you can watch the crews power upstream from Chiswick Eyot, past the Pier and through to the final bend before Barnes Railway Bridge.

Join us for a bite to eat before the races begin and listen to the sound of our popular band Shenanigans. We will be serving delicious food from the barbeque, freshly made crepes along with the best value beer on the river at our Fuller’s bar. In honour of the RNLI being chosen as the official charity partner for the boat race we will be selling Prosecco, so come and raise a glass with us and celebrate the great job that they do. Also available will be hot drinks, cakes and ice cream. Why not come along with the family for the afternoon and get in the mood ready for the action.

Again this year all four races will take place on the same day. The schedule will be: 3.44 Women’s Race: 4.44 Men’s Race. Between these two races will be the women’s reserve crews followed by the men’s reserve crews. We expect the boats to pass Chiswick Pier approximately 11 minutes after the start times.

The Pier House opens and the barbeque starts serving food at 12.30 pm and we will be serving food and drinks all afternoon.
