Walk Tall Workshop
Come down to Chiswick Pier on Monday 1st July for a sociable walk with a difference. Elizabeth Dodgson, Alexander Technique teacher, will give you workshop style instruction for the first hour on how to walk tall with freedom and ease and then help you to put it straight into practice. She will accompany us on the walk and then answer questions back at the Pier House afterwards when refreshments will be served. We will walk from the Pier over Barnes Bridge, around the ‘Leg o mutton’ nature reserve with the group split into a ‘slow and thoughtful’ and a ‘normal speed’ group.
